'Day 16 of Xpress Bootcamp and it\'s a 20 min Chest And Tricep Workout Follow Along. Combining the chest and triceps today to make it even tougher as these are two muscle groups that use each other as secondary muscle on a lot of exercises. This week we will also be doing things a little differently. As kicking off each workout we will have our first batch of Tabata. We will then be hitting the first muscle group which today is chest Once the chest portion is finished , we will then hit our second batch of Tabata before finally finishing off with the Tricep work Something a little different to keeep your on your toes and keep your body guessing Let\'s finish the final week of Xpress Bootcamp strong guys. You are doing amazing BEGINNERS - For beginners I recommend doing each workout once. Go at a pace that pushes you and use weights that push you but also where you\'re able to maintain good form -------------------------------------------------------------------- Intermediate / Advanced - You guys , especially you advanced guys or guys who have maybe completed my previous programs. Push yourself at a higher pace. Looked to up those weights where needed and if you feel the 20 Minutes is not enough for your fitness level. Repeating the workouts and turning into a 40 minute killer routine would be recommended. Alternatively once you finish the workout. You can repeat the weights section only for an extra burn with those dumbbells --------------------------------------------------------------------- Before every Xpress Bootcamp workout.
